Puppy Graduate!
I decided to make his teacher, Susan, and her dog, Maggie, a little gift from Cooper. So I put some doggie treats in a glass jar (from Ikea) and made a tag for it. I also made a matching card. But here is your warning.....these stamps are not Stampin' Up! I NEEDED a doggie set and so I got this set by Hero Arts at a scrapbook store. It is clear and I am not a big fan because the quality of the images is not as good as with rubber stamps. But Susan and Maggie liked their gift and that is all that mattered!
I have been going to town making things in my scrapbook room this week. I am getting ready for a fundraiser for a local Children's Hopital. I will show you what I have been making when I get a chance to take some pictures!

Scrapbook Club Layout
They each got to make this two page layout using lots of new stuff from the catty. They loved the page. And so do I!
Do you love the clouds in the sky? I made those with a sponge, Baja Breeze ink and a scrap punched with the scallop circle punch as a mask. I love the way it turned out.
I also love the flowers. I inked the entire stamp with Baja Breeze and then used a sponge dauber to add some Not Quite Navy to the tops of the flowers.
The title "You" was made with the Go Go Boots alphabet and my Big Shot!! My customers will be able to start ordering these on September 2nd!!! Everyone at club today loved it!!!
Recipe:
Stamps: Inspired by Nature, Flight of the Butterfly
Paper: Urban Garden DSP, Not Quite Navy, Whisper White, Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Basic Gray
Ink: Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie
Other: Scallop Punch, Big Shot Die Cutting Machine, Go Go Boots Alphabte Die, Sponge, Sponge Dauber, Baja Breeze Striped Ribbon

An Easy Hand-Made Gift
So here is my Notecard Folder using the Bella Rose DSP, Kiwi Kiss, and Riding Hood Red Cardstock, and my Pretties kit!
Yum! Don't you love the new Kiwi Kiss striped ribbon?!
This is what it looks like after you untie the ribbon and open the folder. Inside, I have post-card type cards and some envelopes.
You could embellish these more- but my time was limited. It took about 10 minutes to complete the entire project!!!
I will be making more of these!

Good things come in small packages!
I can't stop using my Big Shot. Every little piece of paper I can find is getting rolled throught that thing! I LOVE it!!! Check out this little envelope that I made with the new Baja Breeze and the Urban Garden DSP. I had to add some Satin Kiwi Kiss ribon because it is sooo yummy!!
The butterfly is from a new set called Flight of the Butterfly. It was one of the free sets that demos got at convention.
When you push the belly band down, the envelope opens. Aren't those scallops adorable?! And the die cut machine didi it all for me!!! Even the scoring!
I think that this would be so cute on a gift bag or wrapped package! I can't wait to make a bunch of them to put on my holoiday gifts!
I just wanted to post a congrats to one the sweet gals in my downline, Kati Kimball. She gave birth to twin girls two days ago. They are both over 6 pounds and everyone is doing great!!

MORE Summer Fun!!!
I added a Build a Brad to the center of the flower on this one!
That is my dad in the cocunut bra and my hubby in the grass skirt! I had to scrap these pics so that I had a reason to post them on my blog again!!! Isn't my dad silly? If you have been reading my blog long then you know that is not the first time I have used "Goofy Stuff" as a title for a page about him! I used the stamp from the set "Smarty Pants" and it says "You are never to old to do Goofy Stuff."
My order from the new catalog is scheduled to arrive today!!! In fact it has been "out for delivery for 2 hours and 12 minutes. So if you see a crazy lady chasing a UPS truck today- then wave! It's probably me!!!

Summer Fun Scrappin'
Anyway- I managed to get 8 pages scrapped in a couple hours!! I used the Summer Fun Simply Scrappin' kit for 7 of those pages. Those kits make it so easy to scrap quickly!! The Summer Fun kit did just retire with the last catalog. But the good news is that the new catalog has the exact some kit with slightly different colors. It is called the Pina Colada Simply Scrappin' Kit. Mine will be here tomorrow!!!
I decided to scrap some pics from the girls' birthday party from last month. And I am happy to report that I am done scrapping the party!!! I used about half the Simply Scrappin kit and some white thickers from American Crafts and a little bit of striped ribbon. (I can't wait to get my big shot so I can start cutting out my own letters with chipboard and other mediums!!!)
I did a 2 page layout!!! I get asked for these a lot and it is not my normal style- but it worked great for getting a lot of the pool pictures on one layout!
Some kid pics from the weekend!!!
Here is Makenzie playing at the mall play area. It isooo hot out that we had to go to the mall to stay cool!
And here is Danika with dinner all over her face!
And - Kyler. He would not smile! I love the ice cream on his lips!!!
And here are the three "big" kids outside the movie theater yesterday afternoon. Yes- I took my camera to the movie! And I took LOTS of pics!
I will have to post some pics of Laynee tomorrow. I didn't realize that I hadn't uploaded any pics of her today.

First Day of Preschool and some Bella Rose
Today was the kid's first day of pre-school. So, of course, I had to take pictures before they left!
Now some stamping! This card uses a lot of new product that you can purchase starting today.
I cut the rose out of the Bella Rose Then I added some 2 way glue with Dazzling Diamonds to add some bling. I also dyed the ribbon with the Kiwi Kiss ink. And I used my scallop punch to make my own rickrack out of paper.
